I understand how challenging it can be to find the right therapist, and how much bravery it takes to ask for help.

what i can help you with
I am passionate about supporting adults (ages 18+)*  to address issues with anxiety, worry, low mood, stress, life transitions, grief/loss and interpersonal issues.

*At this time I am not offering therapy for children, families or couples.

  • I will always approach you with compassion and curiosity and strive to create a space where you will feel comfortable to be yourself.
  • Our sessions together will be a balance of exploration and action. This means, we will explore how your past has shaped you, how patterns in thinking and behaviour keep you stuck, and how your strengths keep you going. 
  • We will use self-discovery to motivate us towards making meaningful changes, by integrating new knowledge and skills into your daily life. 
  • We will talk about the hard stuff, but we will also laugh and celebrate your successes and use humour where appropriate.
