Psychotherapy is a form of treatment that addresses psychological, social and emotional difficulties. There are many different types of psychotherapy, but in general it is a collaborative process where we will work together to gain greater understanding into your difficulties and strengths, and make changes that improve your mental health and quality of life. HOW DO i KNOW IF YOU, OR PSYCHOTHERAPY, CAN HELP me?

I strongly believe that we can all benefit from psychotherapy at some point in our lives.
There are many things that will determine success of therapy, however the strength of our therapeutic relationship is most important. As such, I always strive to create an environment that is safe, and invites you to be yourself and speak openly about your struggles and your successes. However, therapy will also require you to be engaged in the process. Here are some questions to ask yourself:
